The Blaufrnkisch grapes were fermented in an open fermentation rack and then aged in a 500 liter barrel for over 20 months. This is sublime Blaufrnkisch with stunning polish, an almost weightless texture, a complex aroma profile including ripe cherry, wild berries, licorice, leather and forest floor.
