A Fiano Falanghina blend, with a 2 day skin maceration so a nice straw colour. Tropical with a touch of unami. If you aren't a fan of natural wine, this probably isn't for you. But if you want to dip your toe in, it's a great starting place. Just please don't call it 'cidery'.
