Seeker - HBC 522 West Coast Pilsner Size:Single Pinot Noir grapes"It's no secret here at Seeker that we love the search for new and exciting ingredients. It's in our name after all. This West Coast Pilsner features an experimental hop as part of Yakima Chief Hops' breeding program; named HBC 622. Apparently it's a mix between Cascade and Centennial hops, so what better style to test it in than a West Coast Pilsner (an exciting new style in and of itself).
