Delicate hints of red plums and subtle wild strawberry notes on the nose. We kept it fresh and youthful with moderate lees contact for a perfect balance with its fruity character. Its naturally balanced, honest and moreish on the palate and therefore disgorged with zero dosage (no sugar added).
