FR 4 Wheel Heel Brake Assembly Teal Would you like us toBrake mount for FR Skates models. *will fit most Seba models also These heel brakes can be added to any FR 4 wheel frame that takes a 76mm to 84mm wheel. They will not fit a 90mm wheel frame. How to Install: Replace rear axles on your frame with the two axles supplied with the brake mount. The axles that come with the mount are threaded at both ends. Slide the brake arms along the outside of the frame and use the supplied screws to fasten.
