This is our first time brewing the Double IPA version of this recipe

This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off

5% IPA with a substantial amount of oats and hopped with Galaxy

"The Dead Of Winter" is an 8% Double IPA brewed with lactose and oats and lactose and was finished with an icy blend of dry hops: Galaxy

IPA - 4-pk of "Traveller (Summer)" tall cans IPA This is our first time"Traveller (Summer)" is the third iteration in our IPA series for which we explore how putting hops from entirely different growing regions and terroirs together presents in the beer. This "Summer 2023" version is brewed with oats and hopped with Barbe Rouge and our hand selected Mosaic. The Traveller has been vacationing in beautiful Alsace, France to bring these hops back for us.
