Sassolini, 2020 over-20 ABV: 12Referred to by the winemaker as freshly squeezed cherry juice. Sassolini basically means little Sassi, which describes these younger Cilieglio vines well. Macerated for 5 days on the skins, aged in fibreglass and bottled by hand. Have it at room temp or lightly chilled.
