There are two small holes that were obviously part of an old mount and now a small hoop to the center for wall mounting
Brown began mass-producing the tape measure
whilst making sure the wheel is now properly aligned and in full working order
with some wear to the seat but not to the degree where it has become undesirable

The jardinires have not needed to be restored in any way so have only been waxed by us and therefore remain in desirable original
