The vineyards sit on limestone rich soils, including the same Kimmeridgian limestone found in Chablis, which gives these wines their signature crisp minerality and steely character. The result is elegant, mineral driven Chardonnay that offers the finesse of white Burgundy at more accessible prices than the region's famous northern appellations. Vibrant notes: of citrus, white flowers, and
