Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central raised letter R above a date of 1919 on a pebbled background, perforated with four sets of dual holes for sew on attachment, unmarked, measuring 55 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine
