Even Keel Chardonnay 2023 Size::12 Bottle Case Light straw green with sweetFrom the incredible Polperro winery team, this Courabyra Vineyard Chardonnay was handpicked and whole bunch pressed using a gentle Champagne press cycle, then matured in old French oak barrel with minimal sulphur added. The wine is allowed to ferment using wild yeast and after 10 months, the wine is racked and transferred to tank. Unfined and unfiltered.
