Vintage Ramones "Too Tough To Die" T-Shirt Jazz and Bi Equal Rights andThe Ramones formed in Queens, NY in 1974 making them arguably the first punk band. The band came out of the gate wearing ripped jeans and leather jackets, impressing everyone who saw them at clubs like CBGB or Max's Kansas City. Only two years after forming, the band released their debut self titled album on Sire in 1976 after they were signed by music industry guru Seymour Stein. That was just the beginning for the Ramones. For the next 20 years,
