Malolactic fermentation is done in barrel and aged 12-14 months on lees and the wine is bottled without filtration

Pietradolce Etna Rosso DOC Rampante 2021 cabernet sauvignon La Spinetta Barbera d’Asti CàThe wine has a delicate bouquet of aromas of dark red cherries, flowers, mint and licorice. In the mouth the wine is the wine complex, wonderfully fresh and lively, slightly minerally, with a very nice challenging mix of ethereal sweetness, fine acidity and interesting salty note.
