A First and Second War period medal bar with three decorations, including a 1939 Iron Cross Second Class (1957 reissue), constructed of a silvered and ribbed cross patte with blackened magnetic iron core, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse presents with three raised oak leaves and reinstitution date of 1939 on the lower arm, the reverse presents plain with the exception of an institution date of 1813
