Cape Barren 'Native Goose' Shiraz McLaren Vale 2018 le-chat-noir ripeness without excessive alcoholsPowerful intensity of forest berries, such as raspberries and blackberries, mix well with the ripe lift of Satsuma plums and chocolate, and five spice savouriness, all enhanced by well integrated oak freshness. Richly textured, yet showing finesse and excellent balance of juicy layers of blackberry, spice, plum and bitter chocolate. This persists through to a very long lasting velvety smooth finish capped by structured, soft tannins.
