Vintage 42 at Ashbrook saw one of our earliest starts to harvest with the first Chardonnay grapes coming into the winery on February 4th
The fruit was crushed into 8 tonne open fermenters and left on skins to cold macerate for three days prior to fermentation
Chalou Syrah 2023 Size::1 Bottle With lovely aromas of violetsTasting Notes: Elegant, focused with complex tapestry. perfumed and pretty with roses petal, subtle spice and a hint of violet. Palate is fine with ripe mulberry, clove, cinnamon and supple tannins.
