The Sock Ruler Book *Please note that we doThe Sock Ruler is an innovative way to measure socks while allowing them to lie flat for accurate measurement. The ruler works on both cuff down & toe up socks. For cuff down knitting, it will measure the length of the cuff, distance from the top of the cuff to the start of the heel flap, and the distance from the finished heel to start of decrease of toe. For toe up knitting it will measure the distance from toe to the start of heel, distance from
