Germany, HJ. A Plaque Eagle consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac demonstrating some softening of features(HJ Adler fr Plakette). Constructed of silvered feinzink, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by an HJ insignia, and overlaid by a German national eagle, the reverse retaining all three butterfly style attachment clips, unmarked, measuring 110 mm (w) x 70 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
