Constructed of 23 kt Gold, Platinum, and bright red enamels, the obverse with a leftward facing profile of Lenin in Platinum surrounded by a wheat wreath with a red enameled star at 9 oclock, a red enameled hammer and sickle at 6 oclock, and a red enameled flag from 12 to 4 oclock inscribed (Lenin) in script, the reverse bears three small rivets where the obverse is attached to the award, marked with the
