Jasper Hill Occam’s Razor Shiraz 2024 airem preferring to work the soilsProduced since 2001, Occams Razor has always come from purchased fruit from the Heathcote region. The first 18 vintages from a vineyard in Mia Mia, the fruit now comes from two sites, primarily from a vineyard in the north and a small parcel from near Lake Eppalock. Made in a similar fashion to the Jasper Hill wines however different vineyards and picking early create a completely different wine.
