The vineyard he works with is in Sainte Ccile les Vignes (between Orange and Montlimar) near Cairanne. Its a beautiful, shaded vineyard that looks out to Mont Ventoux, and the soils are littered with smooth galets rouls (the rounded stones that dominate so much of the southern Rhne). The vineyard has been managed organically for yearsa key attraction for Tho. This 2023 is an engaging whole bunch
