Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with golden yellow piping, bordered along both edges with red rayon tresses overlaid by machine embroidered golden yellow oak leaves, bearing a central white rayon disc trimmed with gold bullion wire piping, overlaid by a multi piece black rayon mobile swastika, similarly trimmed in gold bullion wire piping, the reverse retaining a fully intact
