Aromas of green apple skin and lime mix with fresh herb and wet slate notes. Granny Smith apple, green pear and lime fruits line the snappy palate. Infusions of fresh Mediterranean herbs and stony mineral elements sit in the background. Crunchy acidity with a long energetic stony mineral laden finish. Drink over the next 1 2 years. Alc.
