Castagna Chenin Blanc 2022 Size::6 Bottle Case capsicum and violet flower aromasPressed entirely using whole bunches, the wine is then transferred to barrels where it naturally undergoes Malolactic fermentation. After maturing for 18 months in these barrels, it's conditioned in bottles as per the traditional Castagna method for an additional 12 months.
