Description
The "Pop Box" is named because the artist loves the color red- especially the way it pops out in contrast to the gray and stone hued lid
seeming to climb up the green background to reach the sun
This evocative work was created with oil paint on archival film and is part of a series wherein artist Virginia Bradley experiments with the 95 degree Caribbean sun and salt water as alchemical agents
Clean with a nonabrasive glass cleaner and a soft cloth
