Vtg Ivory Rose Wide Brim Straw Hat by The Hat Rack Frederick's of Hollywood Abstract line woven wool kimonoCrafted in a wide weave cellophane straw with the deep rounded crown and face framing brim. Hat band is a taupe velvet and the front holds 4 large ivory silk and velvet roses. Interior is finished with a tan grosgrain ribbon. Inner circumference is 20 inches so it is a very small hat. Measuring on the outside, side to side, it is 15 inches. As for the condition, the interior ribbon is soiled and the florals show age and wear. Label is The Hat Rack, B.
