Fitted and darted bodice, nipped waist, and flirty flaring skirt. The fabric is lightweight black chiffon with a woven in design of flocked 3 D round dots as pictured. Each dot is approximately 3 4" in diameter. The bodice is a single layer of black chiffon with an inner black acetate satin layer with a sweetheart neckline in front and square neckline in back as pictured.
